First, you need to ensure that the reception venue is still booked. Call them to confirm how many guests are arriving so that the amount of food to be cooked and that there are adequate number of tables are already setup. You should also ask if a wedding decorator is already included with the contract so know whether you should hire someone or not.

You might also need a wedding florist to arrange your flowers at the reception and the church. If you have corsages and boutonnieres, you need to give this to your wedding party so it can be distributed to your guests. Also, you need to have someone checking up on your wedding vendors to ensure that everything is in place.

For your wedding day, you need to ensure that you give a gift to your parents in order to thank them. This is also a gesture accepting your responsibilities in propagating a new generation.
